The goal is to improve performance, durability, and injury resilience while supporting athletes through a long competitive season.Athletes will train in a structured, progressive environment focused on:• Acceleration mechanics and sprint efficiency• Deceleration control and change-of-direction strength• Total-body strength and power development• Lower-body stability to reduce non-contact injury risk (ACL, ankle, hip, groin)• Core strength and trunk control for sport transfer• Long-season durability and recovery capacity• Team culture, accountability, and shared work ethicTraining Schedule:Start: Week of March 17End: End of JulyFrequency: 2 sessions per weekDuration: 60 minutes per sessionProposed Training Times:Tuesdays – 3:30–4:30 PM or 6:00–7:00 PMSaturdays – 11:00 AM–12:00 PM or 12:00–1:00 PMSchedule may adjust slightly in summer based on field availability and registration numbers.
