Workout 1: 800m Hay Bale Run
Competitive Division: Double unders, handstand push-ups, box jump overs, synchro alternating dumbbell snatches, and synchro bar-facing burpees. Intermediate Division: Double unders, hand-release push-ups, box get-overs, synchro alternating dumbbell snatches, and synchro bar-facing burpees. Beginner Division: Single unders, incline box push-ups, box get-overs, synchro alternating dumbbell hang snatches, and synchro bar-facing burpees.
Competitive Division: Squat clean ladder up to 185 lbs for men and 125 lbs for women. Intermediate Division: Clean ladder up to 165 lbs for men and 115 lbs for women. Beginner Division: Goblet box squats up to 55 lbs for men and 40 lbs for women.
Competitive Division: Rowing, walking lunges, toes-to-bar, transitioning into a max set of wall balls while the partner performs a dead hang. Intermediate Division: Rowing, walking lunges, toes above hips, transitioning into a max set of wall balls while the partner performs a dead hang. Beginner Division: Rowing, walking lunges, knees above hips, transitioning into a max set of wall balls while the partner performs a dead hang.
